The following drafts were emailed to City Council and administration today for consideration at tonight’s City Council meeting which starts at 7 pm.
The second work session on the Grievance Procedure for city employees is scheduled for Tuesday, February 13 starting at 5:30 pm at city hall.
A lot of effort has gone into revising and compiling these documents since the first work session on January 22 in hopes of creating a much improved complaint process, and two ways for the city to obtain valuable input from employees.
Please bring your constructive comments on these documents to council and administration, especially at the February 13 Grievance Procedure work session.
