Small Business Management Class Starts in March!

Objective planning is the key to successful small business management.  Whether you are ready to launch a new start-up, purchase an existing business or aim to increase profitability in an existing enterprise, sometimes one single insight can be the catalyst to grow or improve an existing business or launch a new one.

Beginning on March 6, Tom Tougas, along with a small team local business owners and business managers, will share course content and personal insight as it relates to business management and leadership.  This 10-week class series will focus on key topics such as strategic planning and analysis, financial requirements and reporting, marketing, sales, operations and legal considerations.  The class format will provide a mix of lecture and group discussion, and encourages participation from all who attend.

Classes will be held Tuesday nights from March 6 – May 8 at the Harbor 360 Hotel.  To sign up call 224-4378 (Hertz Office) – Space is limited to 20 participants.  Cost to participate is $200 per participant (cost includes book and meeting space).  Class Syllabus
