Seward State Parks Citizens Advisory Board to meet with State Director and area Superintendent January 9

The Seward State Parks Citizens Advisory Board will meet on Tuesday, January 9, from 6 to 8 pm at the AVTEC Culinary ARTS Building, 518 Third Ave, in the Banquet Room on the third floor. The public is invited to meet with the new Director of Alaska State Parks, Ethan Tyler, and Kenai/Prince William Sound Superintendent Jack Blackwell. Find out what the agency does and share your ideas for new and unique recreational opportunities.

The Seward State Parks Citizens Advisory Board is seeking additional board members. Board meetings are held monthly from September through May on the second Tuesday of the month from 6 to 8 p.m. The board terms are for up to 3 years.
