Public is invited to a family story time, Saturday, Oct. 8th, 4 p.m.

The public is invited to attend a family story time with professional storyteller Roger Fuson on Saturday October 8, 2016 at 4 p.m. in the Community Room at the Seward Community Library Museum.

Roger is a member of The Storytellers’ Guild of Anchorage and has been telling stories professionally for about 12 years.

The stories will be followed by a free chili feed and the annual meeting/membership drive of the Seward Community Library Association aka Friends of the Seward Library. Those attending can join or renew their membership. Members attending will be put into a drawing for two Amazon gift cards.

Memberships support book and magazine acquisition, public events such as author talks and kids’ programs, leveraging additional funding support, educational Viola Swetmann Scholarships, and a bright future for Seward’s well-loved (and much used) public library!

More information about the Seward Community Library Association can be found on their web site at
