Update: On 06-06-15, at 1302 hours, Sean Carpenter, 25 of Homer, was arrested without incident at a residence in Homer.  Carpenter was arrested and transported to the Homer Jail where he is being held without bail on the charges of Robbery 1st, Assault 3rd and Theft 2nd.  Troopers are still searching for Clarence Hock, age 23, of Homer.

Text: On 6/4/15, at 1955 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to a reported robbery and assault on Ninilchik beach in Ninilchik. Investigation revealed a 21 year old Anchor Point man was at an Anchor Point business when two males identified as Sean Carpenter, 25 of Homer, and Clarence Hock, 23 of Homer, asked him for a ride to Kenai. When they got to Ninilchik, the suspects asked the victim to stop at the Ninilchik beach. After they stopped, the males assaulted and robbed the victim. They fled with two friends who had followed in a separate car. AST was unable to locate the suspects. On 6/5/15, the Homer Court issued an arrest warrant for Carpenter for the charges of Robber 1st Degree, Assault 3rd Degree, and Theft 2nd Degree. The court also issued an arrest warrant for Hock on the charges of Robbery 1st Degree and Theft 2nd Degree. Anybody with knowledge on the whereabouts of Carpenter or Hock is requested to contact the Alaska State Troopers at 235-8239.
