ANCHORAGE, Ak– Earlier this month a dog attacked a Kenai Peninusla resident.
Here in Anchorage we have animal control with rules and regulations and same goes for the city of Seward, but for a lot of places outside city limits there are no solutions for when a dog attacks.

  1. This story is bull! And I find it quite funny this crusader herself is an irresponsible dog owner …her dog has been known to run loose and attack other dogs as well! Even animal control officer has had issues with her Kirsten’s dog! Hypocrite of the finest! Oh and 6 people!?!? Really
