The Rez seeks a new owner

Rez Gym
While the Seward community welcomes Susan Ernst back to town, it is coming as a disappointment as she prepares to close down The Rez, one of only two privately owned gyms in town.
For those of us that live and work downtown, it has been a great, convenient place to stop in for a quick workout or class before or after work, or even on a lunch break. With the cut back hours and lack of equipment at Avtec, The Rez has been in a position to grow its profits even more. But it seems that no one so far has been able to jump in and take it on.
She has financial records showing growing profits every year and a very efficient building with low energy costs, but it’s about to become another abandoned commercial building downtown. Since Susan returned just a few days ago, she has had to face the fact that by October 1, she will have to begin selling off the equipment (all or nothing sale – no piecing it out), and closing the gym that was her passion for the past decade.
She is willing to make it easier for someone to step into the business and purchase the equipment and do a lease to own option on the building. There are very minimal starting costs with a business that has had positive, documented cash flow for the past nine years and local staff that have been helping run it and know the ins and outs of  maintaining this business.
