Customer service and business background a bonus though a candidate with the right attitude can be trained. Computer skills a must. Experience in real estate a plus. Employer willing to assist with cost of obtaining real estate license.
Looking for someone who has already, or is willing to consider Seward their home for a year or longer and who is interested in starting a part time job that could turn into a career. Candidate may also have another job – willing to schedule flexible hours.
Responsibilities will include working 25 hours/week, acting as property manager for 50 rental units. This necessitates good communication skills, organizing info for renters and property owners, running background checks, showing rental properties, coordinating repairs, putting together leases and, most importantly – patience and a good attitude.
Pay will be base hourly wage plus commission.
