The Alaska SeaLife Center will be featuring the images of outdoor photographer, Ron Niebrugge, during the First Friday Art Walk this Friday, July 5th. For those not familiar with his work, it will only take viewing a few images in the series for you to appreciate his unique talent for capturing some of nature’s most magnificent moments on film. Ron and his wife, Janine, travel extensively in order to build their portfolio. In fact, Niebrugge’s work has been featured in publications such as Newsweek, Sunset and National Geographic. His direct client list is becoming longer each year, and includes some familiar companies such as Proctor and Gamble, Sony and Ford Motor Company. However, Ron is proud to call Seward “home,” and his fondness for the area becomes apparent when talking about his adventures in Kenai Fjords National Park. These local images will be on display throughout the month of July at the Alaska SeaLife Center, and are sure to delight both visitors and locals alike.
Ron will also be sharing some of his favorite shots and stories from a recent trip to Antarctica during a short seminar at 7pm on July 5th. Meet, visit and see Ron Niebrugge’s work Friday night from 6:00PM-8:00PM at the Alaska SeaLife Center.
