The 2013 South Central Conference Basketball Championships were hosted in Seward this week starting Thursday, March 7th, and went through Saturday night, March 9th, finishing around 9 p.m.

Saturday’s crowd packed into the gym and out into the commons area, where the game could be watched streaming on a large television set up for the overflow.

Athletes from Anchorage Christian School (ACS), Homer, Skyview, Houston, Seward, Cordova, Grace and Nikiski attended and played some serious basketball.

These teams, coaches and parents came to Seward and were staying in Seward for the long weekend.  Thank you for coming, we hope you all had a great time while here!
