Fred Marolf, Correctional Officer II has been selected as Spring Creek Correctional Center’s Employee of the Year for 2013.

Fred has been with Spring Creek since April 14, 2005 and has become a valuable team member. He continues to grow and never turns down a challenge. Fred works well with all staff and has a great sense of humor. He can make you smile even when you’re having a bad day. He’s a Field Training Officer and a prime example for new officers. Fred is natural leader and demonstrates through his job performance integrity, and a work ethic that is admired by all.

Fred is always willing to help and offer suggestions on how to improve his work area.  He has taken on the role of assistant tack team leader and offers valuable information to his team members.

In what can be a bleak and negative environment we strive to shine a little light on the men and women of corrections who work to keep the community safe. We thank Fred for bringing to Spring Creek the dedication and professionalism that we all strive to emulate. He will be an excellent ambassador for SpringCreekCorrectionalCenter.
