NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Seward City Council will have a special meeting on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of:

1.  Resolution 2013-015, Authorizing General Terms Of Settlement Of A Rate Dispute With The State Of Alaska And Providence Seward Medical And Care Center Relating To A Medicaid Rate Appeal In An Approximate Amount Of $6.1 Million Over Four Years, And Authorizing Negotiation Of A Formal Settlement Agreement To Be Approved When Negotiations Are Complete.

2.  Discussion on City Council Conflict of Interest Rules according to the City Code.
