* VISIBILITY…POSSIBLY REDUCED TO ONE QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.

* WIND…EAST WIND 25 TO 40 MPH.

* TIMING…WINDS WILL INCREASE SATURDAY EVENING BEFORE PEAKING
LATE SATURDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS…SNOWFALL COMBINED WITH STRONG WINDS AND BLOWING SNOW MAY PRODUCE
WHITE-OUT CONDITIONS AT TIMES. DRIVING MAY BECOME VERY DIFFICULT.
