Strong rumbler shakes Seward

An earthquake which occurred at 4:44 PM on Monday, December 3rd, has been felt in Seward. Initial reports put the epicenter 55 southwest of Palmer and a depth of 33 miles. There was NO tsunani watch, warning or advisory issued. The magnitude of the quake is 5.7

Its epicenter was in Beluga across the Inlet on the Kenai Peninsula.
