“Oh Come All Ye Faithful!”

This is the theme of the Annual Interfaith Christmas Service, sponsored by the Seward Ministerial Association, that will be held this Sunday night, December 2nd, 7:00 pm, at the Seward Church of the Nazarene, 803 Fourth Avenue. Besides the joy of singing a wide assortment of Christmas carols, there will be music by a large, inter-faith choir (directed by Sue McClure), and a message from a new pastor to the area, Pastor Max Ingalls, of Seward City Church. The offering for this service will be used to help support the charitable work that the Ministerial Association does all year long, providing assistance to people with emergency housing, utility, and medical needs. The public is warmly welcomed to this event, and a reception follows! For more information, please contact the coordinator, Rev. Ron Nitz, at 907-224-3628.

Many thanks to the Seward Ministerial Association and to all of the volunteers who made this such a special occasion. The decoration, the music, the special message of God’s love, all combined to make it a glorious experience. This community worship service is typical of the golden moments which make Seward such a wonderful place to live. Thank you, Seward. Thank you, Lord. Amen.
