Candy Cane Splash 87 strong

swim Club LOGOSeward Tsunami meet, Candy Cane Splash, had 87 swimmers on Saturday, December 12th, at the Seward pool located in the Seward High School. Teams attending include Anchorage YMCA Swim Team, Kachemak Swim Club, Peninsula Piranhas Swim Team, Seward Tsunami Swim Club and Soldotna Silver Salmons.

Nine first time swimmers with the Tsunami Swim Team swam in the meet, congratulations go to: Deana Camm, Yana Camm, Caitlin Corrigan, Naomi Ifflander, Taylor Madsen, Julia Ssessanga, Sage Ferguson, Hunter Hollingsworth and Sam Paperman.

A total 110 individual events were swum by the Seward Tsunami’s during the Candy Cane Splash, with a mix of ages ages 6 to 17.
