History of Seward Fire Department Angel Tree Program
The Seward Angel Tree Program was started in Seward in 1988 by a Seward Volunteer Fire Department member. The volunteers of SVFD have worked with members of the Bear Creek and Moose Pass Volunteer Fire Departments to deliver Christmas gifts to children in the surrounding area. We work with the Seward Emblem Club 250 to provide food vouchers for families on the program. We all hope to continue helping those in our communities for many years to come.
