*LUNCH MENU week of Nov. 23rd: (Mon) SALMON BROC CHEESE BAKE(Tue) MEAT LOAF; (Wed) HAM & POTATOES AU GRATIN ; (Thurs) CLOSED; (Fri) CLOSED; (Sat) CLOSED, NO BRUNCH. 

The Center will be CLOSED for the THANKSGIVING holiday, Nov. 26-28th.

Saturdays this winter:  SENIOR BRUNCH 9:30-11:30, MOVIE @ 12 pm.

FREE lunches  at the Center for SENIOR VETERANS this winter, sponsored by Sons of American Legion in Seward, beginning Dec. 1st.

 *FITNESS: Monday & Friday, Core Balance 10:30-11:30am; Tuesday & Thursday, Aerobic-Stretch ‘n Strengthen, 10:30-11:30am .

*PICK-UP STICKS, Mon., Nov.9th, knit/crochet session open to beginners.
