Seward Highway Emergency Bridge Replacement Project

The DOT Bridge Section wishes to issue this reminder of its scheduled inspection for the month of November:

The Trail River Bridge is located at about MP 25 of the Seward Highway. The next inspection of the Trail River Bridge is scheduled for November 20 and November 21 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. each day. Loads greater than 30,000 pounds or wider than 12 feet will be restricted from crossing the Trail River Bridge during these inspection periods. Be alert to flagging operations and reduced speed limits. Use extreme caution when traveling through this area.”
