Just a reminder for those in the Seward area interested in outdoor recreation – may it be running, biking, cross country skiing, snow machining , dog mushing or beyond – there is a public meeting to discuss trail development out to Exit Glacier. Come find out what’s going on and offer your input!

When: Thursday, November 19th 2009 – 6:00 to 8:00pm
Where: Legends (412 Washington Street, Seward AK)

The purpose of this meeting is to find out how you, your family, and/or your business use the Herman Leirer Road (Exit Glacier Road) corridor, and how you might like to see this recreation corridor changed. This is the beginning of research into the feasibility of developing better access within the corridor, with the intent to create a non-road link between the Seward Highway and the Exit Glacier visitor center.
