The Kenai Peninsula Borough School District will sell computers from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the following schools around the district: Nikiski High School — May 28 & 29; Homer High School — June 3, 4, 5; Soldotna High School — June 10, 11; Kenai Central High School — June 18, 19; Skyview High School — June 24, 25; Ninilchik School — June 26; Seward High School — June 29, 30; and Soldotna Middle School — July 2.

Do You Need a Computer at Home?

Our goal in selling these computers in this way is to get them in the hands of the people that need them most, our students.

After 7 years of dedicated service to the staff and students of the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District, our “elderly” Dell computers are looking for a new home. These computers have been cleaned and are ready and willing to be of further service to you in your home.

These computers still have plenty of life left in them (in an albeit limited capacity). A fresh, updated version of Windows XP has been installed, which will fully support student Google (g.kpbsd.org) accounts, making these great for browsing the Internet, sending email, chatting or doing school work.
