1517 DAVID FETTERS, OLN/7030439 was arrested on Anchorage AST Warrant 3AN07 12231CR, Bail $500.00, JOSEPH GEARHART, OLN/6294738 was arrested for PTRP. Both subjects were transported to SCJ by 1E42.
2048 ATTEMPTED BURGLARY RP, from Apollo Restaurant stated someone attempted to break into the restaurant downtown in the alleyway door.

0239 RP requested an Officer to Bayside Apartments for a domestic disturbance. Officer responded and made contact with male and female. SAMANTHA MCMULLEN, OLN/7076112, ATN/110729349, was arrested for DV Assault IV and transported to SCJ.
0709 WRITTEN WARNING To MS LIC/RAC696 for parking against the flow of traffic at the 400 block of 5th Avenue.

1612 RP, Manager of Gateway Apartments called to request officer assistance with having two subjects removed from the apartment of a tenant. Officer advised and contacted RP.
1956 RP, requested officer assistance and reported that three unknown males who tried to run him off the road and followed him into the Safeway Parking Lot. Officer advised and responded.

0020 Officer responded per request of the on call Sea View Counselor to conduct a welfare check on subject who had called the crisis line stating he wanted to hurt himself. Officer responded and spoke with the subject. All was fine
0200 MARK BLAKESLEE OLN/6320147 was arrested while driving vehicle LIC/ECE492 at Lowell Point Rd and 3rd Ave for DUI. DM .071, no impound necessary.
0211 MICHAEL HIGH OLN/1048282 while driving vehicle LIC/FDN431 on the Seward Hwy and Metco turn off was arrested for DUI and MICS VI. PBT.168 Vehicle impound by Glacier Towing
0231 Requested at Safeway for a female that is bleeding from the head, the result of a fight. SVAC and SVFD responded. Officer responded to MARY LINCOLN ID/6252911 and placed her into Protective Custody at SCJ.
0958 INJURED MOOSE RP from Bear Drive advised that he had a moose in his yard and appeared to be hurt. Officer responded, found the moose and it appeared handicapped (hoof deformed) but not hurt.
1613 STOLEN WOOD RP advised that several people were stealing wood from the property on the corner of Salmon Creek Road and Moat Way. She requested to speak to a trooper. AST contacted, and provided with RP cell phone number.
1728 SICK MOOSE RP from Bluefield advised that an inured moose was laying in the snow on Jesse Lee Drive and Bluefield, and appeared to be sick. Officer responded, found the moose and determined it should be left alone unless it becomes aggressive.

1557 RP advised of a female wearing a dark jacket walking in the middle of the road northbound by 3rd and A. GOA.
1858 RP, of Lupine Circle, stated she had her medication stolen from her residence. Gave her AST number.
2110 RP advised of a subject with a puffy jacket with a fur hood asleep or passed out in the post office. Officer contacted subject.
2133 While at the post office on above call, a citizen reported a subject in his wheelchair on 3rd Avenue by AVTEC. Contacted Wesley Rehab and he was not to be there. Officer returned him to Wesley.

1828 RP reported she thought the waterfall on Lowell Point did not have the usual amount of water spewing forth and thought it may be clogged. Notified on-call waste/water who will check it in the morning. He said this is a slower time of the year for the falls.
2022 RP came in to Seward PD to report a person with a dark jacket was sitting in the post office with the hood over her and things strewn all around her. Officer contact female and a Seaview counselor who met him on scene, and transported subject to the hospital for an evaluation.
2235 RP, from Kimberly Court , stated that TONYA DAVIS, OLN/6999522 was there and when he wasn’t looking, she took his Vicodin and left the apartment. Contacted DAVIS on the highway by Sea Lion. She denied taking the pills and none were found on her person. After she consented to a search, officers brought to city hall and Vicodin was found on her. She was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

0906 Report of a single vehicle rollover at the turn to Spring Creek. RP stated three men exited the vehicle and were walking away. He contacted them and they denied medical treatment. Lt. Tiner responded to location. CHRISTOPHER GEORGE, OLN/6918672 was summoned for DWLS
0950 CIVIL STANDBY RP requested a Civil Standby at Third Avenue so he could collect his personal items.
1351 RP, requested an Officer to his residence at Bear Mountain Apt . He stated his girlfriend is bi-polar and out of control.
2148 PATROL REQUEST RP from Chevron requested an officer to speak to a vagrant that was loitering outside the Chevron Station. Officer responded, met with subject and advised him not to remain on Chevron Property, he advised he would leave.
1448 WYATT WILLIAMS, APSIN/6593976 was arrested on SAST Warrant 3SW 0970, Bail 500.00, O/C DWLR.

1614 (C) called and reported that a male subject had threatened him with a gun by a residence on 6th Avenue. Officers responded and confiscated a weapon after contacting both subjects.
1837 SUBJECT SLEEPING Reported in the IMS building sleeping in the doorway. D4 made contact with subject who was given a ride to the Seaman’s mission. Subject added to APSIN.

1415 ALYSE STALEY came to the Seward Police Department to report a hit and run. Her vehicle, license # FHM175, was parked outside 3rd Avenue and was struck by an unknown vehicle. Officer met with STALEY to determine the extent of the damage and to assist in filing a report.

0211 DUI ARREST- RICHARD PRICE while driving vehicle LIC/EVR329 at 3rd Ave was arrested for DUI and incarcerated at SCJ. Vehicle was secured at arrest location per request of arrestee.
0211 911/DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE/DISORDERLY CONDUCT ARREST- RP requested and officer to the Taroka Inn for a disturbance between several intoxicated males. Officer responded to arrest BYRON PAUL for Disorderly Conduct. MCA CITATION Issued to BRITINI JOHNSON.
0211 MCA CITATION Issued to JESSICA CALHOUN.
0211 DISORDERLY CONDUCT /ASSAULT IVARREST CALVIN PANIPTCHUK was arrested for DC and Assault IV.

0218 USCG Anchorage advised of an EPIRB distress signal at 60.06 N 149.25.8 W, located between the Airport and the Ferry Terminal. On call Harbor Master advised. On call Harbor Master advised he is unable to locate any vessel in the area that is requesting assistance.

0704 RP, called because she couldn’t swallow a pill all the way, but was finally able to and advised all ok at Salmon Creek Rd. RP refused any medical.

0100 911 HANG UP From 4th Avenue. Callback revealed all ok after person fell out of chair. No medical requested. Officers responded.
1838 SAST requested BCVFD through MPVFD respond to mile 69 for an avalanche with skiers and possibly an injury.
1948 RP turned in a marijuana pipe which she found in the parking lot by the Rez. Entered into Found Book.
