3A Basketball Awards

Two Sewardites and one former Seward city councilman have received top honors on the Anchorage Daily News/Alaska media All-State Basketball team.
Robert Perea, 6-2 senior, is one of five Alaskan players who made the first team. Dylan Beck is one of nine Alaskan 3A players to receive honorable mention.
Former city councilman, Patrick Callahan, now Nome’s basketball coach and activity director, was named 3A Coach of the Year.
