Though eruptions continue, ash plumes remain at higher altitudes. AVO/NWS report that radar shows not much ash is left in plumes any distance from Redoubt.

AVO expects any ash fall in the Susitna Valley would likely be a millimeter or less.

National Weather Service predicts that over the next 24 hours, the Susitna Valley could see some ash fall, and that wind will continue North and Northwest through tomorrow afternoon, away from the Kenai Peninsula, but will continue monitoring weather patterns.

Ash fall in Anchorage may be noted, but predictions need to wait until tomorrow morning, and again would be measured at a millimeter or less if it occurs.

We will provide more information as it becomes available.
