Clothing Alterations and Zippers in Seward

It seems that there isn’t anyone locally who does alterations on clothes or who can replace a zipper in a coat here locally.

Could it be that there is no one in Seward with sewing know-how and some time on their hands to earn some extra cash by replacing a zipper or hemming a pair of pants? I sure hope not – especially since both of my nice coats now need a new zipper :o(

Please leave me a comment if you’ve got some skills and some time to help. I know that as Sewardites and Alaskans we’re an ingenuitive bunch and I’m sure someone will fit this bill.

Soo at Soo’s B&B (2nd and B?)does a wonderful job—she has hemmed, and altered clothing and replaced zippers for me. She is also very reasonable and fast.
