Sat, Jan 17th from 2 to 4pm at the AVTEC Gym
join us for some carnival FUN! Duck pond. Goofy golf.
Hoop shoot. Dice throw. And more! Win every time!
Fun carnival games for the kids .25 per ticket. Tickets vary per game.

‘Mini’ Camp B.A.S.I.C.S. with Coach Tee!
Seward Parks and Recreation is pleased to bring you ‘Mini Camp B.A.S.I.C.S! Camp B.A.S.I.C.S. strives to promote an environment conducive to nurturing player’s basketball, educational and future goals. All skill levels are welcome! Little Tees ‘Mini’ Camp is coed and open to1st – 8th graders. Tues, Feb 10th – Thurs, Feb 12th: Rookies (grades 1 -3) $30; Juniors (grades 4 – 6) $45; and Middle School $50 call 224-4054 to sign up today!!
2009 Urbach’s Youth Basketball League and Stylin’ Stitches Lil D’s
Saturdays: Jan 10 to Mar 14 at the Sports and Rec Gym. Lil’s D’s (Gr K & 1) 10 to 10:35 am; Rookies (Gr 2 & 3) 10:45 to 11:30 am; Juniors (Gr 4, 5 & 6) 11:40 to 2 pm. Call 224-4054 to register or stop by the Sports & Rec Gym @ 519 4th Ave.
Teen Activities:
Middle Time will be @ the TYC for Middle School kids to attend between the hours of 2:30 and 5:30. This program is designed for middle school aged kids to allow time for homework, physical activity and general game play. The cost of the program is $1 per day or $59 for a booster pass good for 1 year.
Neon Nites @ the TYC are for Middle School and High School kids from 5:30-9 Tue- Thu, 5:30-10 Friday and 5-10 on Saturday. High School students are welcome to stay 1 hour later each night. Activities include tournaments, movies, coffee, cards, pool, video games and more. Come in and check us out.
Community Schools News:
Archery League
Dust off your bow and arrows and come down to the Railroad Terminal for some target practice! Cost is $35 per session or an $8 drop in fee. Participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment but some equipment can be made available. Bows should be 70lbs and lower. NO crossbows! League is open to 16yrs and up (16 & 17 year olds welcome with an adult).

Community Schools Event
Family Game Night- Calling all Gamers- Board Gamers that is! Scrabble, Cards, Boggle, Word Games, Checkers and more… 6:30-9pm at the HS Library Great for all ages Come and play games with you friends and family. Do you like Horseshoes? If you do you’ll love BAGGO! Fun for the whole family. It’s a bag of fun, Bean Bag that is. Games begin Thursday nights at 6:30 @ Community Schools located at the HS.
Drop in Fees apply- Adult = $4 Youth/ Senior = $2 Preschool = $1
SPRD Punch cards and annual passes accepted.
Community Schools now open instructors and Volunteers needed!
