Isla (I-la) Ellen Tougas was born on November 25th at 5:26pm to April & Paul Tougas. She is ten pounds and 21 inches long. The mother and father are both well and very proud of their daughter. John & Diane Macdonald of New Zealand and Tom & Mary Tougas of Seward are pleased to be grand parents for the first time.
