Seward residents now have a safe and environmentally-friendly way to dispose of fluorescent bulbs. The Alaska Cruise Association (ACA) donated the Bulb Eater, a machine that crushes and compacts the glass, to the city in late September. Citizens will be able to use the machine free of charge.
