patch.BMPSeward residents now have a safe and environmentally-friendly way to dispose of fluorescent bulbs. The Alaska Cruise Association (ACA) donated the Bulb Eater, a machine that crushes and compacts the glass, to the city in late September. Citizens will be able to use the machine free of charge. Please contact the Public Works Department at 224-4095 for a schedule. For more information about ACA, see www.akcruise.org.
