The Polar Bear Jumpoff Festival needs a logo for the 2008 festival. Draw or sketch up a design by August 30 and mail it to PO Box 386 Seward, Ak 99664. If your design is chosen you will receive a $50.00 savings bond, a 2008 “T” shirt and your name will be mentioned in articles written by us for the media.
