1. Resolution 2007-053, Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into An Agreement With Timberline Excavating, Incorporated For An Amount Not-To-Exceed $77,850.00 To Remove Approximately 15,000 Cubic Yards Of Debris At The Lowell Creek Waterfall.

2. Resolution 2007-054, Authorizing The City Manager To Appropriate Additional Funding In The Amount Of $393,000 To Make The Proper Modifications To The Seward Senior Center, And Appropriating Funds.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Seward Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a work session and public hearing on the following matter on June 5, 2007.

Resolution 2007-011, A Resolution Of The Seward Planning And Zoning Commission Of The City Of Seward, Alaska, Recommending City Council Approval Of Amending The Land Use Plan And The Rezoning Of Lots 7-9, Block 8, Original Townsite Of Seward, From Auto Commercial (AC) To Central Business District (CBD).

Copies of the Application and staff review are on file in the Community Development Office for public review.

The Public Hearing will commence at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as business permits, in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 410 Adams Street, Seward.
