Resolution 2007-027, Supporting Adjusting The Area Cost Differential For The Kenai Peninsula Borough School District.

Resolution 2007-028, Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into An Agreement With Resurrection Rentals To Provide Portable Toilet Service.

Resolution 2007-029, Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into Two Purchase Agreements For Wire Products, For A Total Amount Not To Exceed $108,545.

Resolution 2007-030, Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into A Settlement Agreement With IBEW For Grievance COS 06-01 For An Amount Not To Exceed $38,265.53

Resolution 2007-031, Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into An Agreement With Air Tec, Inc For An Amount Not To Exceed $60,504.00 For The Construction Phase Of The #1 Lift Station Mitigation Project, And Appropriating Funds.

Resolution 2007-01, rescinding Historic Preservation Resolution 2006-08, relating to the height of the Hoben Park retaining wall and supporting Hoben Park Historic Architect Consultant Gary Gillette’s recommendations

National Historic Preservation Month Council Proclamation was approved for Council’s Agenda.

A Special Work Session was set for March 28, 2007 at noon to discuss how to celebrate National Historic Preservation Month May 2007 “Making Preservation Work.”

The final submission date for the Annual Historic Preservation Award nominations was set for April 10, 2007.
