10:20 p.m. Power outage all over the area. Crew was notified. 10:27 p.m. Lowell Point Road is closed by two snowslides. One subject advised that his vehicle is in between snowslides, but he was able to get out. 10:45 p.m. Reported by the dorm attendant that there are six stranded students on the Lowell Point side of the slides. Given places to contact to assist them. 10:47 p.m. Intoxicated subject reported to be near the front doors of Safeway. Officer responded but was unable to locate him.

4:25 p.m. Citation issued to Tyler Finch, no age given, for basic speed. 5:07 p.m. Ambulance requested to Glacierview Apartments for female having trouble breathing. 5:45 p.m. Motor vehicle accident with damage reported at Hotel Edgewater. Accident report forms issued. 7:37 p.m. Tsunami warning issued for the coastal areas. Seward is in a tsunami watch. 8:50 p.m. Reporting party advised of sparks coming out of a chimney at an apartment on 5th Ave. Notified officer, who responded. Unfounded. 10:53 p.m. Tsunami watch cancelled. 11:37 p.m. Reporting party advised of several juveniles that were drinking outside of Little Bear Mountain Apartments and looked as if they are going to leave in a dark SUV. Officer responded and advised no one in the area, but two vehicles left not matching the description and they were driving fine.

12:25 a.m. Reporting party advised of an electrical pole on fire at the entrance of Questa Woods and Seward Highway. On-call responded and advised of a tree that is leaning on the power lines. Electric responded. 12:30 a.m. Reporting party advised that the power was out at Mile 24.2 Seward Highway. Electric advised. 4:36 a.m. Officer advised flooding between the Alaska SeaLife Center and Institute of Marine Science building on Lowell Point Road. Officer advised water deep enough to cause electrical in vehicle to flicker. Public Works crew advised. 6:49 a.m. Reporting party advised of a tree branch that was touching a power line at Questa Woods and Seward Highway. On-call and Electric advised.

9:30 a.m. Reporting party advised his DVD picture player was taken sometime last evening from the high school wrestling store room. Officer Zabala spoke with complainant. 4:01 p.m. James Farrier, no age given, was arrested for No Valid Operators License. 4:34 p.m. Reporting party came into Seward PD to advise that a vehicle is in a ditch located half a mile past the Fish Hatchery near Moose Pass in the southbound lane. Notified Soldotna Alaska State Troopers. 5:08 p.m. Motor vehicle accident with damage; Citation issued to Walter Corrigan Jr., no age given. 6:22 p.m. Report of an intoxicated male in the showers at Harbor Master, passed out. Officer responded. Subject taken into protective custody.

6:50 a.m. Glacier Taxi reported a dark Isuzu that was driving erratically on Port Ave. Officers responded and unable to locate the vehicle. 11:32 p.m. Providence Seward Medical Center advised that male shot himself in the foot at his residence at Nautical Avenue and was at the Emergency Room. SAST advised and will dispatch the standby Trooper since unable to contact them on phone.

7:30 a.m. Reporting party at Three Bears requested an Officer to meet with him once it is daylight for someone shooting out the window of the delivery truck at Three Bears. Officer advised. 12:26 p.m. Ambulance requested to the North Star Clinic for a 59-year-old male with a possible fractured left hip. Seward Volunteer Ambulance Corps responded. 4:33 p.m. Ambulance requested to transport one patient to Anchorage.5:16 p.m. Reporting party requested the Troopers for a motor vehicle accident with damage at Spenards Builders Supply. No injuries reported. Dispatch called SAST to confirm that the individual did make contact with them.

10:32 a.m. Officers contacted male subject at the Buick Apartments and advised him he was trespassed from the area starting tonight at midnight. 4:07 p.m. Reporting party advised there was an Alaska Railroad vehicle parked in the handicapped parking space at Safeway. Officer responded and vehicle was gone on arrival. 5:41 p.m. Reporting party advised they had hit a power pole with a plow and now a wire was hanging down, causing the house lights to flicker. Electrical crew was called out. 5:56 p.m. Reporting party advised a strong odor was in his house at Salmon Creek and requested the fire department to check it out. Fire Chief was advised. 8 p.m. Male subject was placed into protective custody. 9:32 p.m. Spring Creek advised that they will be conducting a fire drill starting at 9:35 p.m. and lasting for approximately a half hour. They will advise us when they are done. 10 p.m. Drill completed.

3:31 a.m. Power outage reported by resident of Crown Point. Electric crew was called out. 6:09 a.m. Guardian Security advised that they had received a fire alarm from Madison. Seward Volunteer Fire Department and SVAC were dispatched. Alarm was reset. At 6:33 a.m. Guardian advised that it was going off again. Officer was advised. 5:05 p.m. Reporting party advised she was talking on the phone to a friend when the line went dead. She requested an Officer to respond to Glacierview Apartments and check on her. Officer responded and everything was fine. 7:19 p.m. Trooper requested Officer to assist with traffic stop at Mile 3 Seward Highway. 8:16 p.m. Reporting party found a brown lab at her residence on Fifth Avenue. Animal control officer advised and called reporting party.

1:10 a.m. Welfare check requested by an individual in Questa Woods who advised that subject had left the residence to walk back to town. They had gone looking for him to give him a ride and had been unable to locate him. Alaska State Troopers was advised and officer responded. Subject was found and advised that he had hidden from the girls. Everything was fine. 5:10 a.m. Abandoned vehicles: AK CMA385/HBA708 At the RV parking area by the SeaLife Center.
AK CYD751, at the parking lot in the harbor. Both were posted as abandoned.
